Our Profile

Michael J. Day has been practicing law in Mississauga for over 31 years.  His office was originally located at 57 Queen Street South when he graduated from law school and began articling in 1979. He and his (then) staff moved to the south end of the village to 265 Queen Street South and finally moved to our current address in December, 1994 located at 93 Queen Street South.  The practice is a general and it is the oldest active firm in Streetsville.  The office handles matters in the areas of Commercial/Corporate, Family Law, Real Estate and Estate Planning/Wills.  The firm has handled and advised on matters of all kinds over the years and Mr. Day has appeared numerous times in courts and tribunals of all levels.   Over the years, the firm has diversified and the profession and support staff have developed their skills and knowledge through ongoing experience and continuing education.  Effort is made to keep current on technology and the law and the investment made in these areas is reflected in the quality of service provided to our clients.  There are over 24,000 closed files in our archives and we are proud of and known for our achievements on behalf of our clients.
